New owners must have the puppy examined by licensed veterinary within 48 hours of possession, or the Health Guarantee is null and void. The breeder is not responsible for any vet bills. Should the veterinarian find your puppy to have any life-threatening illness or disease, the breeder will replace with another puppy of equal value, when available.

Your puppy will come current on shots and a copy of veterinary records. Buyers must also ensure that the puppy will continue to receive the appropriate vaccinations, such as, but not limited to; distemper, parvo, and be maintained on a de-worming program.

Puppies come with a one-year health guarantee against eye and/or hip defects not caused by an injury. Should a defect be suspected the puppy/dog must be examined by a licensed veterinary at the buyer’s expense. If an eye and/or hip defect is diagnosed, a written document, by the licensed veterinary, must be submitted to VR Poodles & Doodles within 7 days. In such a case, after a review of our veterinary of choice, a replacement puppy of similar value will be provided. Any shipping expenses of defected puppy and/or replacement puppy are the responsibility of the buyer.

Hypoglycemia is NOT a disease or a genetically inherited sickness. Hypoglycemia is very common but can be managed with PROPER care. VR Poodles & Doodles cannot control how the puppy is cared for after it leaves our care, therefore we will not take back or replace a puppy that gets Hypoglycemia or passes away from it.
